The faculty from Polytechnics & Engineering Colleges are requested to note that courses for Northern Region States in Operational Plan of 2013-14 of this Institute means States from Northern Region of India (Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand, chandigarh), while “National” means All States & All Union Territories of India.
