Tender in double sealed cover superscribed with tender notice no. and date of opening are invited for purchase of Video Equipments, Cool Lights, Video Conferencing Equipments/LMS/Software and Workstation for the Educational Television Centre of this institute. The tender document giving detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be downloaded www.nitttrchd.ac.in Such downloaded tender must be accompanied by a tender document fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of non-refundable demand draft drawn in favour of Director, NITTTR, Chandigarh and payable at Chandigarh. The tender document can also be obtained from the institute cashier by submitting non-refundable demand draft of Rs. 500/-, in favour of Director, NITTTR, Chandigarh or paying Rs. 500/- in the cash Counter of NITTTR, Chandigarh. The last date of receipt of tender is 05.03.2010 (2.30 p.m.) and tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in presence of tenderers, if any. Director reserves the right to modify the requirements before placing the purchase orders or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason.
