The Library uses Koha, a widely used open-source Integrated Library Management System (ILMS), to automate and manage all library operations, including cataloguing, circulation, member management, and report generation.

All circulation activities, including issue, return, and renewal of books, are carried out through the Koha software. Library members are issued library cards to facilitate access to library services.

The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) enables users to search the library collection by title, author, subject, keyword, accession number, and other criteria. Users can also check the availability status and bibliographic details of books and other library resources.
